climcpADS

Purpose and scope

climcpADS is an administrative tool used to manage Meta advertising and business assets that its administrator is authorized to access. It connects Meta's APIs to a locally installed Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and an AI assistant. This notice concerns the connector, rather than purchases on the House Mascot storefront.

Data the connector can process

Depending on permissions and the tasks requested by the administrator, the connector may retrieve business, ad account, Facebook Page and connected Instagram identifiers; campaign settings and budgets; advertising images, copy and links; performance statistics; product catalog information; and leads submitted through authorized Meta lead forms. Granted permissions do not mean every category is retrieved on every task.

Use and recipients

These data are used to carry out the administrator's requested advertising and business-management tasks, including preparing ads and reporting results. Requests are sent to Meta. Tool inputs and returned data used in an assistant task may also be processed by Codex/OpenAI according to the administrator's account settings and that service's terms and privacy policy. Advertising content is sent to Meta when uploaded or submitted. Other accounts and services are involved only as part of the administrator's requested workflow.

Storage and control

The connector's access credentials are stored in local configuration on the administrator's computer. Retrieved information may be present in local task files and assistant conversation history. Retention depends on the files and service settings in use; this connector does not impose a universal automatic deletion period. Removing Meta authorization prevents subsequent authorized API access, but does not itself erase previously saved files, assistant history or Meta's own records.

Revoke access or request deletion

To revoke access, use the applicable Apps and websites or Business integrations settings in your Meta account to remove climcpADS. Meta's current interface may use different labels.

For a request about data retained by the connector administrator, contact the operator through the House Mascot Claudette Facebook Page. Identify climcpADS and the affected Page or business account. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card details or identity documents in your initial message.

The administrator will confirm the scope of the request and handle applicable local files and assistant history. Requests concerning records held independently by Meta, OpenAI or Cloudflare may also need to be directed to those providers. Identity or authority may need to be verified before account-related data are changed or disclosed.
